Sanmi Laujuwomi - Founder & Chief Executive Officer.
Sanmi has a second-class upper degree in Computing and Business information systems from the University of East London, Prince 2 project management practitioner certification from Axelos, Business Analysis certification from BCS, Leadership and management certification from City University London, and financial management certification from City University London.
Prior to founding Winock, Sanmi worked as a business and technology consultant in the United Kingdom with 15 years of experience in key roles for blue-chip organisations; for example, he worked as a Lead business analyst on a multi-million Pounds technology transformation project
for Sky Group (owners of Sky sports) and as a Prince 2 practitioner project manager for discovery channel and Daily mail group.
Sanmi relocated his family back to Nigeria in February 2019 to spearhead Winock towards the achievement of its vision and mission. For leisure, he loves to read philosophical, economic, political, and business books, and play golf.
Oluchi Igbo - Chief Financial Officer
Oluchi is an AAT and ICAN certified Chartered Accountant with over 7 years of experience working in the equipment leasing and microfinance industries for reputable organisations such as Micro leasing limited and Addosser Finance Limited. She has deep expertise in IFRS, risk management, financial analysis, and business management.
Oluchi loves personal development, music and reading.
Michael Okorie - Head of Winock lending
Michael has a Second Class upper degree in Economics from the University of Calabar and an MBA from the University of Benin.
He has over 14 years of work experience in banking and finance, starting his career as an internal auditor with United Bank for Africa and progressing to branch manager at Skye bank and Union bank simultaneously.
Arosanyin Olaolu - Head of Winock Solar
Olaolu is a research, marketing and sales expert with over 16 years of experience working with solid organisations across Nigeria. He started his career as a field researcher with companies such as Cadbury Nigeria Plc and BBC World and proceeded to Senior management level in Sales before joining Winock.
He is a graduate in Business Administration from the University of Lagos and has undertaken professional courses in Sales and marketing from Lagos Business school and Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria.
Gift Ilesanmi - Head of Marketing & Communications
Gift has a second-class degree in English from the University of Lagos, has received various professional training in marketing and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM).
Gift has over 14 years of practical experience working in Sales and marketing roles for reputable microfinance and media organisations and was most recently Head of Marketing and Communications for Daily Trust Newspaper prior to joining Winock.
Victor Benjamin - Head of HR & Administration
Victor Benjamin has a second class upper in Agricultural economics from the Cross River University of Technology, is a full member of Chartered Institute of Administration, Institute of Professional Managers and Administration of Nigeria, and Nigeria Institute of Management.
Prior to joining Winock, Victor Benjamin was Human Resource Manager at Veb Finance Limited and Arusim Foods & Groceries Limited.
Victor Benjamin is highly experienced in strategic and tactical human resources, overseeing recruitment, performance management and learning and development. He is currently undertaking MSc Organisational Psychology at Unicaf University, Malawi Campus.
Ifeoluwa Bello - Innovations & Analytics Manager
Ife is a critical thinker with great resource planning and allocation skills and process design and improvement expertise, with an array of hard and soft skills, his strong attention to detail has enabled him to successfully take projects from inception (planning stage) to completion (delivery) in several projects.
Prior to Winock, Ife worked in the building industry where he had first-hand experience overseeing small and medium scale construction projects.
Emmanual Ngene - Head of Internal Audit & Compliance
Emmanuel is an associate chartered accountant (ACA) and microfinance certified banker (MCIB). He is a graduate of Accounting from Ebonyi State University and achieved an MBA degree from Usman Danfodio University.
Prior to joining Winock, Emmanuel worked as a resident auditor for NPF microfinance bank Plc and Head of Internal Audit for Zikora Microfinance bank Limited.
